The Consumer Product Safety Commission is enforcing the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act which requires testing of certain children's products for lead and other substances. Story Time Felts products are compliant. Although our dyed and plain felt is exempt, our Doll Duffle Bags and Toggle Book Bags have passed CPSIA-compliant XRF Testing.
