- Excellent Income: With neither compensation ceilings nor minimum sales or sponsoring quotas, you choose how much you want to earn! Consultants earn a minimum 25% commission on their first $3000 personal sales (cumulative). Upon reaching $3000 Accumulated Personal Volume or $5000 Accumulated Team Volume, they earn 30% commission on their personal sales. It goes up from there! When we sign up other Consultants to our team, we receive between 1% and 10% on their sales as well!
- Flexibility: With no time clock to punch, you choose your own schedule! Schedule your work based upon your priorities, not someone else's! Work weeknights, weekdays, weekends, 1 day a week, 4 days a week, or one weekend a month - it is up to you!
- Versatility: Build your business to suit your needs! Focus your efforts primarily on home parties, or expand your business to include fairs and educational conventions. The only restrictions are that Story Time Felts Exclusive product cannot appear in permanent retail establishments or in mail order catalogs unless it is done through a Connect Intellect sales rep, so use your imagination and go for it! There are so many children, parents and all kinds of educators who have been waiting to meet you and hear about our products!
- No Geographical Restrictions: We do not restrict sales or sponsoring to any specific territory. You choose where to sell and who to sponsor, anywhere in the Continental United States. You are free to keep your business local, take it online, or anywhere else you may meet people!
- Advancement: Give yourself a promotion and receive additional income. Set your own pace for when you feel you are ready. Beginning with your very first Team consultant you sign up, you will receive a % of their sales! The % you will get paid is the difference between your % step and theirs. So if you are at 30% commission based on Accumulated or Monthly Team Volume or Accumulated Personal Volume, and they sign on at the 25% level, you get 5% of their sales! Your % goes up as you accumulate career team and personal sales. Watch your income skyrocket while helping others develop their own home based businesses as you duplicate yourself and reach even more children and adults!
