Important Tips:
- When taking orders, you may copy the order forms if you need more or just write them out on paper.
- Make sure all orders include the name, address, and phone number of each customer. I will not call your friends unless it is necessary to clarify their order.
- If the customer is paying by check, please have them make it out to YOU. You will then pay for the entire order, less the credit charges, directly to me.
- I take Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover, which can simplify things! Just be sure to include the name as it appears on each card, the complete card number and the expiration date. Obtain a signature verifying the order or write in “phone order.”
- All orders will be shipped between 2-3 weeks, via UPS to your home upon receipt of the orders and payments. If anyone would like an order shipped to a separate address, please indicate that on their form, and they must include a full $6.00 minimum or 10%, whichever is larger, based on their order only.
- Otherwise, shipping is 10% per individual order. Please ask if you aren't sure whether your state taxes the shipping charge.
- Sales tax is based on your local sales tax rate.
- You may either mail or email the orders to me, or place the orders over the phone. If you call and tell me a good time to reach you, I will call you for the order or to make arrangements.
- Please keep in mind that any orders must be received by me in time to be able to process the order before the last working day of the month.

- The following facts about our products can be shared with your friends as you are showing our catalog and sample:
- We use only high quality 100% polyester felt, that is much thicker than any other brand. Everything is completely machine washable and colorfast. Our products are made of soft, durable materials and contain bright, vivid colors to attract a child’s attention.
- The board sets in the catalog can be ordered Mounted or Unmounted. This means you have the option of having the background scene pre-mounted on a folding sheet of corrugated plastic, which makes it into a felt board, vs. just a loose sheet of printed felt. Mounting adds $5 to the price.
- We also now have the option of ordering all items PRE-CUT vs. the customer cutting them out. Please see the big price list for individual precut prices and make sure your friends know about this new option, as it is not in the catalog!
- Story Time Felts items are popular among parents, grandparents, elementary school teachers, preschool teachers, day care providers, religious educators, speech therapists, special education teachers, English as a Second Language teachers, homeschooling families and children’s librarians!
- If this is your very first exposure to Story Time Felts, chances are your friends, family and neighbors have never heard of us either! That can translate into lots of excited shopping which can earn you even more FREE product! Don’t be shy about showing the catalog. See p. 3 of the catalog for the FREE product chart.
- If any of your friends would like to earn some of their favorite things for FREE also, suggest they book a party off of yours! Give me their name, address and phone number when you place your party’s order and I will get them everything they need! You will get $15 to spend when they order! Each party must reach $100 and close within 3 months of the original party to qualify.
