My name is Jessie Rollins. I have four adult children along with a niece and a 6 year old. My four grandbabies are 5,3,1 and 2 months. I firmly believe in spending time with children not in front of the T.V.

The more involved the senses, the better children learn, the better their vocabulary, thinking and communication skills. I have read that you retain 10% of what you hear, 40% if you see and hear, and 70-100% when you see, say, hear, and do. Creative play allows children to use their imagination, and by using their hands (tactile) they build a meaningful connection to words and sounds that lead to reading.

The StoryTeller felt is a wonderful, educational and fun tool in the hands of my little ones. They use the felt to create their own stories building on traditional book stories.

As my children moved through primary school, I enjoyed reading to their classes. Now with my grandbabies, this business is giving me an opportunity to build on what I've learned as a mother and to share that with family and friends. Who's having the most fun? This year my kindergartners Valentine's Day card read: "I love you mom because you play games with me ... Love, Joy"

"I was browsing the internet one day, trying to find some felt stories for our family nights and I came across Story Time Felts website. I was so happy to find exactly what I had been looking for and even happier when I realized that I could make some money for our family by becoming a Story Time Felts Consultant! I love this product, and even though I don't consider myself a "salesperson", my enthusiasm catches on when I start telling people about what I'm selling. They are the main reason that I love being in the Storyteller business! I enjoy the time that I am able to spend with them because I have a home based business. One of the things that I love about the Storyteller is new friends I have both from demonstrating and other consultants. (I will also admit that I am hopelessly addicted to Felt!) "Hi! My name is Julie Moraes and I am a wife and mother to two wonderful girls. I have been with Story Time Felts since August 2003.  I discovered Story Time Felts early one morning when I was inspired to get up and turn the TV on.  Something I never do, especially at 5:30 in the morning!  But there it was, a TV ad for Story Time Felts.  I knew the product would be perfect for my 7 year old daughter.  She had recently went into a paper doll craze, but it was sad (and frustrating) to find all our hard work ripped or torn laying in crumples on the floor.  Story Time Felts felt clothes won't tear and it doesn't hurt them to crumple.  Plus they are washable!  How wonderful!  Well, at the end of the TV ad I found out that they were looking for Independent Consultants, and since I was looking for a home party type business that made a difference in my life and in the lives of others, I knew Story Time Felts was right for me!

I've enjoyed every aspect of the business, from meeting new people, to telling wonderful stories to children, to selling a product I believe in, to the great family feeling of our Funfelt Team, but the biggest satisfaction is knowing that our products are touching the heart and minds of children.  It is so fun to meet other women with the same passion, and to see the children's eyes light up when they play with the products.
