The Old Woman Who Swallowed a Fly
Children love the fun repetition of feeding this little woman her unusual dinner! Her mouth opens as a pocket to catch her meals. Set includes text of the song/poem and this 15" x 18" unmounted background which can be hung. 7 double sided figures of the animals are included.
This set is great for teaching the Food Chain as well as Nutrition. Can be combined with our Food Group set for nutrition lessons and our Wild Animals set for creating new verses.
Assembly involves cutting the lady background, as well as her mouth, gluing a felt pocket to the back, and cutting and gluing the double sided animal figures, unless ordering pre-cut. If ordering precut, the assembly will be done for you. This set can also be ordered as part of our Story in a Box Collection which also adds Three Little Kittens and the Littlest Engine.
