Ordering Information

Our products are printed when ordered and there is typically a 1 or 2 day turnaround. If you are ordering Precut items, there is an additional 2 day turnaround while we hand-cut the figures. Please take this into consideration when ordering. At this time, most orders arrive within 2 weeks. If the item is small enough to fit into a standard Priority Mail tyvek bag, we will ship USPS Priority at no additional charge.

If you have been in contact with another Independent Story Time Felts Consultant on my Fun Felt Team from this site, please contact her with questions or details, and then be sure to use her name on any order forms so that she will be able to process your order for you.

Shipping Information

Once I have received your order, it will either be filled from my inventory in NY or I will process it through the Story Time felts and More home office in Utah. All items processed through the home office in Utah are shipped via United Parcel Service. All orders and and placed it with Story Time Felts home office, you should receive your items within about 2-4 weeks.

Sometimes we ship smaller items via USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer UPS over USPS please let us know when ordering.

We are sorry but we only ship to USA addresses.

Shipping charges within the 48 contiguous US states are $6.00 minimum per address, or 10% of the subtotal, whichever is larger. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and other U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses is $8.00 minimum or 13%.

When estimating your total, please be aware that some states collect sales tax on the retail + shipping, and some states collect sales tax on the retail value only.

Add sales tax before shipping in AK, AZ, CO, DC, IA, LA, MD, NC, NJ, OH, OK, RI, SC, TN, UT, VT, and WY.

Add sales tax after shipping in AL, AR, CA, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, NM, NV, NY, PA, SD, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV.

If you prefer just let me know your tax % and I can figure the tax for you.

PayPal

We can accept PayPal payments, either bank draft or credit card, from customers with Verified PayPal accounts and Confirmed addresses only. Ordering with PayPal adds approximately 4 business days to the processing time of your order. Please send PayPal payments to this PayPal address: payments[at]funfelt.com. (Replace the [at] with the @ symbol.)

Purchase Orders

We do accept school/church Purchase Orders. All POs are payable within 30 days. You may use our regular shopping cart and select PO as your payment option. Then you can mail or fax your PO to the Story Time Felts office, with either your Consultant or my name Karen Clark listed as vendor. We must have a vendor name to process PO's. Tax Exempt Orders

If you are ordering for a Tax Exempt organization, we will need to have a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate on file. You may order initially online and noting the Tax Exepmt # in the "Comments" section of the shopping cart, and then follow up immediately by mailing or faxing a copy of the certificates for our records. Have a Catalog Party!

One way to save on shipping charges is to have several people order at once. If you are able to show the catalog to your friends, teachers, co-workers, etc. and they order at the same time, you can have all items shipped to one address and reduce the individual shipping charges. If your group order totals more than $100 in sales, you will also qualify for some free products and other hostess specials! We also accept purchase orders from teachers and schools! These orders must be mailed, called in or emailed to your consultant and cannot be placed online.

Our Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to have a high quality product that will develop high quality learning. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please contact me or the Consultant you ordered from within 30 days for an exchange or complete refund, less shipping and handling, including not being cut or assembled if ordered uncut. Products be returned in their original condition. Returns must be transacted through the original Consultant.

All Story Time Felts products are also guaranteed against defective workmanship of materials from the period of one year from the time of purchase, normal wear and tear excluded.Please feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance in any way!

Buyer's Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order without any penalty or obligation within 3 business days from placing your order and remitting payment. To cancel your transaction, please mail a signed and dated copy of the following statement, including the order items and date, to your Consutlant, postmarked by the 3rd business day, and we will refund your payment:
