Monthly Conference Calls/Webinar
Through September, we will be holding regular monthly team calls and/or webinars for further training from the company or guest speakers. Please mark the FIRST TUESDAY of June-Sept at 6pm Pacific time on your calendars. These calls will include recognition, announcements, idea sharing, as well as some training. Our next call, June 2nd will cover using the Customer Newsletter available to us all. Look for an email to email@example.com with a reminder and call in numbers. Upcoming dates to mark down:
We will be conducting individual 6-week coaching calls upon request. These calls will have your specific 6-week goal as the focus. If you are finding yourself 'blocked' or in a position of wanting to make a significant gain in your business and be held accountable, please contact Karen Clark to request a 6 week coaching program. As always, you can contact Karen as well as your sponsor or upline leader for questions or guidance in short-term goals or challenges any time. The coaching program is designed for long-term gains.
New Consultant Orientation
When a new consultant joins Story Time Felts, they are sent 2 welcome emails before their kit comes. These include instructions on placing orders, and information about our Consultant Services website as well as our chats and other resources. However, we have found that often a new consultant has questions they've been unable to find on their own or through their sponsor. New Consultants are invited to schedule a New Consultant Orientation call with Karen Clark. This call will cover the basics of getting their business started, and it is recommended that they schedule this call very soon after signing up. Please encourage your new recruits to request this call as soon as possible (or you can request it for them) so we can get them on the right track to success. As their sponsor, you are welcome to attend the call with them, but it is not required. As always, be sure to invite them to our other training opportunities as well.
Evening of Exploration (Opportunity Night Chats)
Mark your calendars for the following THURSDAYs at 6pm Pacific for our monthly Evening of Exploration chats, during our regular Thursday chat time. Since we will have our team CALLS once a month for training, the online chats on one Thursday each month will be reserved for our recruiting efforts. As you talk to prospective new consultants, have them mark their calendars and attend these popular events in which we discuss the company mission, our "why" stories, and help our guests discover whether the Story Time Felts opportunity is a good match for them.
